The Rocky Mountain Equipment Corporation, a Colorado Corporation, was formed by two Colorado State University business school graduates. The Rocky Mountain Equipment Corporation incorporated on October 20, 1974. The main line of business is selling recreational equipment to outdoor enthusiasts.
