You have been asked to be the project lead for a new event to be held on 1st October 2019 called the GamesFest. You will be using Project 2016 to organize this event. The initial list of project tasks has been partially created for this event. You plan to work a standard week of 7 days from 8am to 5pm. You now need to develop a more detailed project plan by creating a Work Breakdown Structure and assigning resources to individual tasks.

OpenGamesFest19.mpp. Save the file as GamesFest19_LastFirst.mpp.
Add the major headings from the list below as summary tasks and indent the items below each heading as a subtask of the major heading.

Add the following resources:
Assign resources to the tasks as follows:
Set a constraint date for Create volunteer list for 9/12/19.
Add a task above Create flyers as a recurring task named Monitor website with a duration of 1 hour. Set a recurring pattern of Weekly on Mondays. Set the Start date of 8/6/19 and an End date of 9/10/19.
Insert a column to the left of Task Name titled WBS. Set the WBS-Define Code to Uppercase Letters, Lowercase Letters, Numbers (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3, respectively). Adjust column width as needed.
Select all the tasks and link them
For task number 8 make the predecessor task as task 7 and set the constraint as start to start.
For the task Create Volunteer list set the constraint as (Must finish on 9/26/19).
Select the view tab and in the zoom group, in the Timescale pull down menu select Thirds of months view and then save.
Go to backstage view to select print and follow the page setup link. Select Landscape orientation. Select the header tab and select filename and place it in the left section and date in the center section.
Get back into backstage view and select export and create a PDF .
Verify your results with my PDFand if it is ok, your work is complete.
