Team Project – INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS: Due date: December 6th, 2018
A group of three (3) students (or two (2) if not enough students) can pick one of the following topics for the project:
a) An export plan for a US company starting to expand globally (pick one (1) product);

b) An international sourcing plan for a US manufacturing firm (pick one (1) product)
c) A plan for selecting the international reverse logistics handling (pick one (1) product)
Each team will come up with their proposed logistics solution. The project will have two (2) deliverables:
a) A written report (between 8 to 15 pages) on December 6th
Please include:
a. Description of the company
b. Description of the product
c. Plan objectives
d. Plan description
e. Risks associated to the plan
f. Key conclusions
Why you think the topics is important and a summary of the insights you gained from it.
Format : Font should be 11 to 12 size, margins 1’’ on all sides. Pages should be numbered with a header that includes the group name.
b) A 10-minute (max. 15 min) presentation on December 6th (slides in Powerpoint).
At the end of the presentations, the class will evaluate and choose the best logistics solution.
