Steps 2 and 5 of the project appear to be similar. They are related but not similar. In step 2), you list the sales or purchasing process (and explain using full sentences in paragraphs), which includes steps and activities (document from beginning to end). E.g. List and explain the steps from accepting a sales order to the point revenues are received. You should include some diagrams. However, the flowchart will go to an appendix at the end of your report.
In step 3), you organize your documentation in a table form.
In step 5), you provide detailed descriptions of the business process you documented in step 2) and organized in 3). Use narratives only. Note that you will also explain in step 5) the table you created in step 3).
The body of the paper should be 6-7 double-spaced pages, excluding title page, abstract, appendixes, and reference page. The writing style is APA. Use a title page and headings to organize your paper. Further, include at least 3 credible outside references. If you include the textbook, you will need at least 4 references. All references must be cited in the body of the paper. Additionally, include a Conclusion at the end of the paper. It is recommended that you insert your diagrams (context diagram, level 0 data flow, and process flowchart) under Appendix at the end of your paper and reference it in the body of the paper.
