The two articles should be from opposing perspectives on the topic (i.e. for and against; regulation and taxation; conservative and liberal, grassroots and institutional; etc.) This topic and research will be the foundation on which the major Assignments for this course will be built so you want to choose a topic that you will be comfortable researching, reading, and writing about for duration of the course.
