41025I NEED TWO PAGES IF IT IS POSSIBLE. THANK YOU.

I need all questions answered correctly. Please do not leave anything unanswered.

Instructions: You are the security/emergency manager for the World Trade Centers. You are responsible for security/fire life safety planning, prevention, and investigation of all incidents. For this assignment, you will focus on one hazard for which you will construct a plan, actions for prevention, and steps for investigation.

Task 1a: Planning phase. Create a general plan in which you describe a specific hazard (e.g., crime, explosion, fire, fired employee) that could result in security or safety incident for the high-rise buildings you manage. You must provide enough information in the general plan about who the offender(s) could be, their potential action(s), and potential consequences to allow the reader to understand various possibilities of what could happen. CLUE: It may help you to consider various incidents of the hazard that have occurred in other high rise buildings which would impact residents of the twin towers similarly (but it is not necessary to describe an incident this week). [Use 2-3 sources from the 9 past readings and 1 enrichment source listed below]

Task 1b: Prevention phase. Explain in your prevention component of the plan what actions you and your private security employees have taken to 1.) prevent the incident through physical security or fire life safety preparations; and 2.) form relationships with various Law Enforcement Agents/LEAs (specify which, such as local police, state police, FBI) and Fire Authorities (FAs). Be sure to indicate the purpose of the actions and their intended consequences. [Use Use Craighead, 2009h; Craighead, 2009m; Gunter & Kidwell, 2004 plus 2-3 sources from the 9 past readings and 1 enrichment source listed below]

Task 1c: Investigation phase. Explain in your investigation component of the plan, specifying what actions you and your private security employees will take to support and help LEAs and FAs in investigating the incident. Also, specify 2-3 ways in which the pre-developed private-public relationship facilitates investigation. [Use Craighead 2009h; Craighead, 2009m; Gunter & Kidwell, 2004; Staub et al., 2017]

All answers must:

be at least 350 words;
use and cite sources as specified in the instructions (see red font)
use APA style in citations that support statements;
include reference list; and
be submitted by Thursday as a new thread.

Task 2: Reply to two classmates regarding their plan, prevention, and investigation. Specify 1 element you thought was on target and one that needs to be improved (specify what was wrong and suggest how to fix). You must use 2 different sources from the list below to support each idea for every reply.
