20 Feb SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE
The systems development life cycle (SDLC) is a project management model that defines the stages involved in bringing a software project from inception to completion. Software development teams, for example, deploy a variety of SDLC models that include waterfall, spiral and agile processes. Each of these life cycles has its strengths and weaknesses.

Review the text and then select two different SDLC models. Then, do a search in the Walden Library and on the Internet for best practices developed for the chosen life cycles.

A description of the two SDLC models
A comparison of the strengths and weakness of the two SDLC models
A description of the SDLC best practices
