Instructions:

2. Follow the steps below to develop your goals:

1. This part could be presented as a written assignment or PowerPoint presentation.
2. Within your assignment or PowerPoint, the following questions must be answered:
a. Assess a targeted population in your community to see what needs to exist. This is done by researching health data for your population. Make sure you select and define your community by noting its history.

Objective:
Each student will present a population-level, evidence-based practice teaching intervention. The presentation should be 15 to 20 minutes at maximum.
