Course Description
This advanced graduate course explores the principles, theories, and practices of effective leadership in public health. Students examine classical and contemporary leadership models, the unique challenges of leading in complex public health systems, and the development of personal leadership competencies such as vision-setting, strategic thinking, communication, collaboration, conflict resolution, and ethical decision-making.
