2. Based on the results of the calculations from Step 1 of the assignment, interpret the results and what these results mean for the company in terms of absenteeism and separation costs.
3. Formulate a plan for controlling absenteeism and separation costs based on the Required Unit Resources for this unit. This plan should be specific to the organization that you have chosen.
4. Analyze how voluntary versus involuntary turnover impacts the company and the costs associated with the turnover.
