Overview
Organizaonal creavity and innovaon have proven to be challenging concepts to measure. There is not a parcular output that indicates organizaonal levels of innovaon. To flourish,
innovaon and creavity must be fostered within the organizaon. They must be established as cultural values in order for the organizaon to see the benefits.
Directions
Write a paper evaluang business metrics for innovaon. Although business metrics generally measure indicators or outputs of an organizaon’s culture, we can find correlaons between
some business metrics and the quality of an organizaon’s innovaon culture. Review the table shown below and answer the following quesons.
Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:
1. Evaluate the metrics in the table and whether each metric is an effecve measure of innovaon and creavity.
A. Could the metric be an indicator of innovaon or an indicator of whether the innovaon is incremental or disconnuous?

C. What would it mean if any of these metrics increased over me?
