1. Problem Statement (1 paragraph)
Identify the specific clinical issue that needs resolution at your practicum site.
Clearly describe:
The population impacted
The undesirable outcome currently occurring
The negative impact or risk posed
The gap in current practice
The proposed evidence-based intervention
