Instructions:

· Identify a significant health problem affecting a defined community or population.

· Describe the demographic, epidemiological, and environmental factors influencing the condition.

2. Advanced Clinical Application

· Discuss the pathophysiology, risk factors, clinical presentation, and complications of the selected condition.

· Analyze diagnostic and management considerations from a family nurse practitioner perspective.

· Include pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic management as appropriate.

3. Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) Integration

· Incorporate current clinical guidelines and peer-reviewed research (within the last 5 years unless seminal).
