Stress Management Technique Final Project
1. Stress Management Technique: Select one specific stress management technique as the focus of this presentation. Use your e-textbook and other resources to select and learn about this technique prior to beginning.
2. Components of the PowerPoint (see the template provided):
a. Description: Provide a clear, concise, and accurate description of the stress management technique using valid and reliable sources.
b. Rationale: Provide a clear, complete, accurate, and significant rationale in support of the use of the technique as a means for stress management using valid and reliable sources. Is it effective?
