To some extent, your speech should mimic the cadence of President Harris Inaugural Address; actively reflecting on the organizational culture as it currently exists, and mapping out a plan for the cultural evolution of your agency.
Note: For students who already occupy a Chief Executive or equivalent position, this hypothetical can be executed thinking that you were just reappointed, reelected or went through some other process to cement that your leadership continues for years to come.
In Module Six, you engaged a chapter and two presentations dedicated in large part to the culture of organizations and the role of leadership in shaping culture.
