To start off, I just have to say how amazed I am at the fact that a man made robot can process real questions and make an educated decision in such a short matter of time. IBM Watson shows that AI can be used to guide human decisions and maybe make more correct decisions than we can. With that said, a company needs to have the facilities to build a system like Watson. That starts with a huge big data database. Watson needs the database in order to learn all of the possible data points to execute a decision. The company needs to "teach" Watson and allow the program to study the data in order for storage for later decisions. Also, the company needs to be ready to use Watson. If an organization spends all of this money developing this type of AI that can make organizational decisions, they might as well get the most out of it. They need to put themselves in a position that allows them to execute a process after Watson makes the decision. The whole point is to gain a competitive advantage by building and using AI, so making decisions based on what Watson is telling you is important. 

While Watson might be able to detect some diseases when humans cannot, there is something to be said about human knowledge and experience. Also, a robot can still make mistakes and there is a possibility for error with every decision it makes. As technology continues to get even wilder, down the line a robot might be a better doctor, but right now I believe doctors are better at making medical decisions. 

The world of sports is one that relies on strategic decisions in order to build a financially stable and successful franchise. As most sports have started to lean on advanced statistics and data analytics, an AI like Watson could be very useful in guiding and potentially making the better decision in order to push a franchise in the right direction.
