Overviewof Assessment 3: Evaluation Report

 

Overview

The evaluation report is in the form of a template, shown below, that must be filled in. For this task, you have to fill in the template to create an evaluation plan it will help you to validate the idea as it moves forward. You have a maximum of 750 words  +/-10%. Your template includes the following:

  • Determine what metrics you will use so you will know the project is successful
  • What kind of strategies you will use to evaluate the tool and its use. This may include things like surveys, interviews, Focus groups, interviews, web testing, analytics and any other kinds of strategies that you can find that will articulate success in evaluating the solution. 
  • What will the evaluation process lead to.  When you create an evaluation, and there are changes to be made, how are you make those kinds of changes.
  • Finally, how will you measure the overall success of the project in an ongoing way that makes sense.
