Neuromuscular Responses and Adaptations

• List the responses and adaptations that theoretically should have occurred in relation to muscular strength, muscular endurance, and muscular flexibility
• List the responses and adaptations that actually occurred as a result of your training.
• Identify and explain the aspects of your specific data that showed these adaptations.  Explanations should focus on the physiologic mechanisms that drive each adaptation (or lack thereof).
• If your data did not show the expected adaptations, explain why not.

2. Cardiorespiratory Responses and A  daptations

• List the responses and adaptations that theoretically should have occurred in relation to the cardiovascular and respiratory systems.
• List the responses and adaptations that actually occurred as a result of your training.
• Identify and explain the aspects of your specific data that showed these adaptations. Explanations should focus on the physiologic mechanisms that drive each adaptation (or lack thereof).

3. Fitness Assessment and Training

• Explain each of your fitness classifications at the beginning of the course and where they currently stand. 
• Based on the above classifications, describe your overall fitness level.  Next, make specific, research-based recommendations for how you could improve each category.  Look to identify and explain how each of the variables in your exercise training (frequency, intensity, time, type) could be realistically modified to produce the desired change.  

4. Physical Activity and Disease

• Explain the impact of various types and intensities of physical activity on cardiovascular disease.
• Identify research-based exercise and activity recommendations for the adult population looking to mitigate disease and increase health
