Influence of culture, race, and ethnicity
The three aspects above influence my understanding of how individuals behave and their expectations from other people. Culture is learned implicitly, and it impacts the individuals' behaviors, how they deal with issues, and how they express their feelings through body language. It also impacts me through understanding that culture is more collectively oriented; therefore, people act differently based on their race and culture. Therefore, it impacts my understanding of the world about the importance of being culturally competent and appreciating other cultures to promote the successful delivery of services to the clients. My socioeconomic status affects my human function, including mental and physical health. It impacts how I relate to myself on society's social and financial levels. Therefore, it impacts my development in terms of language, social, physical, cognition, and emotional growth. In this case, the ability to think and understand diverse aspects and processes within the society is based on the socioeconomic level. As per the worldview, the individual differences within the society are brought by the issue of socioeconomic status.
