4) How will the consumer learn about their new product and how quickly will they adopt it? Will the product be targeted to the heavy users and early adopters first, then early and late majorities?

5.) Compare and contrast Apple's success with new product development to another brand that experienced product failure in the market.  What was the cause or causes of the product failure?
