In this project the students will select a new project that would be necessary to implement within their current role/own business; they can also choose a project that has just start

In this project the students will select a new project that would be necessary to implement within their current role/own business; they can also choose a project that has just started but is lacking the necessary planning and support documentation.

If none of this is possible, they will have to create a new one from scratch. In any case, it will have to be a feasible and real project related to the hospitality sector (hotel, events, restaurant, F&B, luxury outlet, etc.).
