To me work/life balance is being able to handle professionally and maintain proper time for personal health, relationships, and other interests. Well I consider myself to have a pretty average work/life balance since I follow a strict schedule and focus on high-impact activity, but also build out lines of where my personal life begins. Towards this balance, I can be knocked off for various work related calls.
