Throughout this course you have developed the key components and elements of an employee manual. Each week you were instructed to complete several policies and procedures that you submitted to your instructor for a grade and specific feedback. You were expected to incorporate all feedback provided by your instructor, make any requested changes on your end, and then submit your completed and revised manual in week 7 of the course.
Leaders are often expected to present their ideas to stakeholders. In this final week of the course you will convert this manual into a PowerPoint presentation. The purpose of this presentation is to inform employees of the new policies and the changes that have been made within the organization. 15-20 slides of content briefly covering the new policies and procedures.
