13 May Reflective Journal, Simulation Debrief, and Report Submissions
For this assessment, make sure that you submit:
The PDF containing all required entries of your reflection journal. When you have completed all four entries for the Nursing Reflection Journal: Four Spheres of Care activity, click Output Activity to download a PDF of your answers. Then submit the PDF to this assessment.
The completion reports for the following Sentinel U simulations (report must show completion percentage, points, and time spent in simulation).

The four (4) EMPOWER debrief reports for the following Sentinel U simulations Each section on the Empower Debrief tool must contain at least 100 words.
