As you begin to review theories of adult learning, you may begin thinking of how these theories reflect your own experience. Consider the situations involving Joe and Katie at the One-Stop Community Education Center. Think about how these theories are reflected in Joe and Katie’s education experience. To prepare: Review the Learning Resources for this week Reflect on the adult learning theories from the Learning Resources and select one of the theories Review the scenarios of Joe and Katie in the Grand City Community at the One-Stop Education Community Center from this week’s Learning Resources. (Note: Katie and Joe will be with you throughout this course.) By Day 3 Post your analysis of what you might expect from Katie and Joe, according to the adult learning theory you selected. Explain the challenges likely to be faced by Katie and Joe based on the adult learning theory and how you might address one or more of these challenges.
